We have a block of rooms available at the DoubleTree (same building as the reception).
To reserve a room for the night of July 3rd or 4th (or both), please call 1-800-221-4701 and be sure to tell them you're with the Beatrice-Rice wedding, or you can RESERVE ONLINE by clicking here.
If they tell you there are no rooms left in the block, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to get more rooms added right away.
We were able to secure a discounted rate of $119 $109 for king/queen/double bed rooms, and $179 for "junior" suites the suites are sold out. When you click on the link for the hotel room reservation, it will still show $119. Don't worry... once you get to the next page where you select the room type, it will show the updated price of $109.
